Freshmen searching for a space to reflect on their future, recharge during a busy school day, or simply connect with others have a dedicated destination in room 504. The Class of 2029 Wellness Office offers a welcoming environment designed to support students both academically and personally.

The Wellness Office aims to ensure that every freshman feels informed, supported, and inspired. Students are encouraged to stop by not only to participate in engaging weekly activities, but also to explore the wellness board, gather resources, or take a moment to relax and reset.

Open Door Schedule

To make the space as accessible as possible, the Wellness Office maintains a consistent weekly schedule:

  • Tuesdays: All lunch periods

  • Wednesdays: 4th and 5th periods

  • Thursdays: 6th and 7th periods

  • Every Day: 2nd and 9th periods

Whether students have a few minutes between classes or a longer break, the office provides flexible opportunities to drop in and get involved.

This Week’s Highlight: The Career Alphabet Challenge

The office kicked off its programming with an interactive and thought-provoking activity: the “Career Alphabet” challenge. Students were tasked with naming a unique career for each letter of the alphabet—a fun yet meaningful exercise designed to broaden their awareness of future possibilities.

Participation was enthusiastic, with students showcasing both creativity and curiosity. From careers like Bank Teller and Orthodontist to Teacher and Zookeeper, freshmen demonstrated an impressive range of knowledge and ambition.

The activity not only sparked lively discussions but also encouraged students to begin thinking early about their long-term goals and potential career paths.

Looking Ahead

The Class of 2029 Wellness Office acts as a central hub for student engagement, exploration, and well-being. As new activities roll out each week, freshmen are invited to take advantage of the space, connect with peers, and start shaping their high school journey with intention.
