We are proud to celebrate Anabelle Mair, a graduate of the High School of Fashion Industries Class of 2018! While at HSFI, Anabelle majored in Business and continued her education at the Fashion Institute of Technology, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Business Management in 2022.
One of Anabelle’s favorite memories at HSFI was being part of Peer Group Connection (PGC) with Ms. Dawson and Ms. Molloy. As a PGC leader, she spent her lunch periods creating lesson plans and mentoring freshmen, helping new students adjust to HSFI. Through this experience, she built lasting friendships, gained insight into teaching, and learned how to connect with students from all walks of life.
Anabelle was inspired to return to HSFI as an employee because of the supportive community that shaped her as a student. She’s excited to now work alongside staff who once taught her and to make a positive impact on today’s students every day. Seeing students succeed is what keeps her smiling!
Originally born in China and raised in Brooklyn, Anabelle enjoys traveling, photography, fashion, the outdoors, animals, and discovering new restaurants. Most of all, she loves spending time with family and friends.
