The step team had so much fun performing for you all during pep rally and we're even more excited that the students beat the teachers during the volleyball game!
Shoutout to senior, Riyan Thomas, because she was the brains behind our entire choreography. Riyan got inspiration from the movie Bring it On as well as HBCU strolls. In the beginning, the team performed a version of a shake and stomp chanting, "We are the steppers of HSFI!" We then performed a step made by seniors, Zara Rosario and Plasida Johnson Yates. Lastly, we performed a stroll created by Riyan Thomas. We love collaborating in order to make new routines.
