10th Grade Trip to Madison Square Park !
Tenth-grade students took a trip to Madison Square Park as part of their new unit, Intro to Black and White Photography. Using film cameras, they explored the park and practiced capturing meaningful images on film. Students enjoyed the experience, experimenting with angles, lighting, and composition in a busy New York setting. Many passersby were excited to see young photographers using traditional film cameras. Several stopped to ask questions and offer encouraging reactions, saying things like “Wow!” and “Are you guys filming? That’s so cool!”
Junior’s Photo Exhibit On January 15,2025 !
Junior photography students have begun researching their personal projects for the upcoming photo exhibit, which will be held in the Principal’s Conference Room on January 15. This stage allows them to explore ideas, gather inspiration, and develop the themes they want to express through their work. While each project is unique, the research process helps students clarify their creative direction and prepare the visual stories they will share in the exhibit.
