Students and Families Celebrate the End of Marking Period 1 in Style
In a dazzling celebration of hard work and academic achievement, our 10th and 11th graders—accompanied by proud family members—enjoyed an unforgettable evening on Broadway with a trip to see Aladdin. 🎭
The outing marked the close of Marking Period 1, giving students a chance to unwind, connect, and immerse themselves in the world of live theater. From the moment the curtain rose, the audience was transported into a whirlwind of vibrant sets, show-stopping musical numbers, and the timeless magic of Disney storytelling.
For many students, it was their first time attending a Broadway production, making the experience even more memorable. Laughter, applause, and wide-eyed wonder echoed through the theater as the Genie lit up the stage with his signature energy.
Teachers and families shared that the evening was not only a celebration of academic milestones but also an opportunity to build community, spark creativity, and inspire students to dream big—much like Aladdin himself.
The night concluded with smiles, photos, and plenty of excitement as students reflected on their favorite scenes. It was truly a magical way to honor their dedication and kick off the rest of the school year with renewed enthusiasm.
Here’s to many more adventures—both on Broadway and in the classroom! ✨
