On Friday, October 3, 2025, seniors from all majors had the unique opportunity to meet with the

Jordan design team for an exclusive focus group. The event provided students with a behind-

the-scenes look at sneaker design and allowed them to share their perspectives directly with

some of the most influential figures in the brand.

During the session, students were invited to speak with industry professionals and offer their

insights on current trends, desired product innovations, and ways to enhance brand visibility.

This collaborative exchange gave students a rare chance to influence the conversation around

one of the world’s most iconic brands while learning firsthand about the design and marketing

processes that drive success in the fashion and footwear industries.

The discussion was led by Christopher Bevans, Senior Director of Apparel Excellence at Jordan

Design, and Louisa Page, Senior Director of Jordan Global Footwear Design Excellence. Both

leaders engaged with students thoughtfully and listened to their perspectives.

A special thanks goes to the Nike Footwear Product Test Team, including Nihal Hameed and

Claudio Campos, for facilitating this event and connecting our students with industry

professionals and Ms.Vaccaro for facilitating the experience and ensuring the students were set

up for success. Their support, along with the Jordan gear provided, made the experience both

educational and memorable.

We look forward to future collaborations with Jordan and Nike, as events like this not only

inspire our students but also strengthen the bridge between emerging talent and industry

innovators. Hosting our seniors for this extraordinary experience was truly an honor.
