HSFI Students & Families, Below you will find information on how to access your remote learning courses via iLearnNYC. While you have accessed your courses through your HSFI email this school year, Summer School courses will be managed through the iLearnNYC system which can be accessed through your new DOE account credentials.
https://www.schools.nyc.gov/learning/programs/ilearnnyc Please follow the below steps when retrieving your DOE account. (1) Go to Student Account Self Service (2) Enter your 9-digit Student ID (OSIS) number. (You can find your Student ID number on a report card, your student ID card, or in your NYCSA account.) (3) Enter your birthday. (4) Click Continue. (5) If the information you enter matches your student record, your username will be displayed. (6) Your student ID is your username followed by @nycstudents.net. For example, if your username is JaneD, your student account ID is JaneD@nycstudents.net. (7) If you haven't already set up a password, you will be asked to set one up. (8) Pick a password that only you will know. (9) Re-enter your password. (10) Click Update Password. You must create an account in order to access your summer school information and once you login, you will have access to your summer school dashboard and your course(s). To access your iLearnNYC course work you will need to log into TeachHub and click on the dark blue ‘iLearnNYC Summer School” icon. As a reminder, summer classes are Monday through Thursday and the periods are as follows: PERIOD 1 9:00 am - 10:55 am PERIOD 2 11:00 am - 12:55 pm PERIOD 3 1:00 pm - 2:55 pm We will be in touch before the end of this weekend with any additional updates, so please make sure you continue to check your HSFI email and Jupiter Grades. Please understand that this is the first time the NYC Department of Education is doing summer school remotely, so there might be some bumps in the road and not go as smoothly as we would like.
