STUDENT GOVERNMENT
Student Government Leaders are the voice for the 1600 student members at Fashion Industries. Our SGO Youth Leaders collaborate with staff and students to cultivate a culture of inclusivity and acceptance through student voice. They oversee 140 community events, ensuring the active engagement of our student body. In the 2024-25 school year, our SGO leaders will extend their impact by working with several elementary schools throughout NYC, serving as mentors for younger students interested in leadership.
Each student leader assumes a specific leadership role and orchestrates two events annually, and contributing to all events throughout the year. It's worth noting that all our events are meticulously student-led, showcasing the remarkable leadership and initiative demonstrated by our student body.
